WBC issue threat to Haye and Chisora THE World Boxing Council have warned they will take David Haye and Dereck Chisora out of their rankings if the pair go ahead with their July fight at Upton Park. The British Boxing Board of Control are already fuming that the two fighters - who brawled in a post-fight press conference in Germany earlier this year - have got the Luxembourg Boxing Federation to license the fight despite it being on English soil. And now the BBBoC have revealed that WBC boss Jose Sulaiman has also stepped into the row by issuing his own threat against Bermondsey's Haye and Chisora. They posted the following statement on their website: "The British Boxing Board of Control (BBBoC) have received the full support of the World Boxing Council (WBC) concerning the heavyweight contest between Dereck Chisora and David Haye in London sanctioned by the Luxembourg Boxing Federation.
